Delivery and Returns
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Your order should arrive within 5 days if items are in stock (UK Mainland addresses - other countries will take longer).
If you have a particular deadline, we would recommend using our Next Day Delivery option.
Orders over 2kg will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Next Day Delivery
This service is only available for UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands).
Place your order before 12pm Monday - Thursday and we will despatch your parcel for delivery (next working day). Orders placed on Friday before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Our Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
UK Delivery Charges start from £2.60.
Orders over £35 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.
Overseas Delivery Charges:
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt for the UK and 21 days for international orders.
Your right to cancel can be exercised in writing by contacting us at Ottoman Scent Co., Unit 3, Pontymister Industrial Estate, Risca, Newport, NP11 6NP or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. We are happy to refund or exchange products returned within 14 days of receipt. It is important that items are returned in perfect condition so please take care of them and pack them appropriately. If a refund is processed for an order of £35 or more which was originally sent out with free delivery, the postage cost to send out the product will be deducted from the amount due to be refunded.
We recommend you request a Proof of Postage certificate (free) from the Post Office if you return your goods.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse. A replacement order will take approximately 7 days for delivery. If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund. We will exchange any faulty goods at our own expense. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or already damaged when you receive it, please contact us on 01633 619 196. We will exchange or refund any faulty goods or goods found damaged upon arrival at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
